Under his direction, swimmers have achieved NCAA Division III All-America status, with the 2024-25 men's team posting an undefeated conference season and 892 points at championships. His teams have consistently broken program records and earned conference medals. A native of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Brown is a Lycoming College alumnus where he was a seven-time MAC medalist and team MVP in 2001. He holds a degree in history from Lycoming College.
