Franklin & Marshall College Men's Soccer

The 19th head coach in Franklin & Marshall's history, Dan Wagner enters his 25th season in charge of the Diplomats. In 2023, Wagner became the winningest coach in Centennial men's soccer history, surpassing Johns Hopkins' Matt Smith who had won 240 games. Over the past decade, F&M has had unprecedented NCAA tournament success with 10 consecutive NCAA tournament bids and 19 straight winning seasons. Wagner's players have been named All-America 14 times and CC Players of the Year in five seasons. F&M has been recognized nationally as one of Division III's most respected programs, with the 2015 squad becoming the first to reach No. 1 in the nation. Wagner excelled as an undergrad at Messiah College, where he was the only player to captain the Falcons for three seasons and earned All-Middle Atlantic Conference honors. He directs the F&M Soccer Africa Project, a cooperative venture creating facilities and education centers in Khayelitsha, South Africa. Wagner began coaching at Northern York High School before moving to Pequea Valley High School, where he raised the boys' program from 5-13 to 14-4 in 1998, earning Lancaster-Lebanon League Section III Coach of the Year.
