Colby Cala enters his first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the men's lacrosse program in 2026. Cala comes to Endicott after playing lacrosse at Keene St. from 2022-24. During his time at Keene St., the Owls went 28-21 (.571) overall and 18-6 (.750) in conference play. During his career, the defender played in 49 games, including 33 starts. He finished his career with 60 caused turnovers and 90 ground balls. Cala currently ranks 6th in program history for Caused turnovers. DiSalvo earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2024.
Assistant Coach
Dominic Abate heads into the 2025-26 season in his third year as an assistant coach for the Gulls. Prior to his arrival at Endicott, Abate served as an assistant coach at Gordon College. Abate graduated from Springfield College where he was a four-year member of the lacrosse team at midfield. Abate scored 73 goals and dished out 33 assists for 106 career points. In addition to those numbers, Abate collected 39 ground balls. He was named First-Team All-Conference during his career and received All-Region Honors. He has worked most recently at Kairos USrgial Inc. as a Sales Representative where he oversees the sale of multiple product categories, including Capital equipment, Sports Medicine, Distal Extremities, Biologics, and Arthroplasty devices. Serves as the Distal Extremities Team Lead, focusing on creating a culture of sales excellence. Abate graduated from Springfield in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science and a minor in biology.

Associate Head Coach
Kevin Dean is currently in his ninth season with the men’s lacrosse program in 2025-26. Dean was officially promoted to Associate Head Coach on September 30, 2022 after serving in an assistant coaching role for the past five seasons. Dean serves as the offensive coordinator for the Gulls alongside his recruiting duties. Prior to his arrival at Endicott, Dean served as an assistant coach at Williams College. While at Williams, Dean was the Ephs' video coordinator, attack, and goalie position coach. Dean also competed as a student-athlete in lacrosse all four years at Springfield College at attack. Dean scored 68 goals and dished out 40 assists for 108 career points. In addition to those numbers, Dean collected 51 ground balls. Meanwhile, during all four years of his playing career at Springfield, the Pride won the NEWMAC Championship. Dean graduated from Springfield in 2016 with a general studies degree and a business minor.

Volunteer Assistant Coach
Nick DiSalvo '25 enters his first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the men's lacrosse program in 2026. As a student-athlete at Endicott (2022-25), the Narragansett, R.I. native aided the Gulls to a 54-17 (.761) overall record, 30-1 (.968) conference record, and two conference Championships (2024 and 2025). DiSalvo was also a two-time all-conference honoree and in 2025 was named CNE Defensive Player of the Year. During his career, the defender played in 41 games, including 32 starts. He finished his career with 62 caused turnovers and 101 ground balls. DiSalvo currently ranks 8th in program history for Caused turnovers and 6th in Caused turnover per game at 1.51. DiSalvo earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2025
