Joined the DePauw staff as head field hockey coach in April 2022. Prior to DePauw, served as assistant coach at Centre College since 2019 where she helped lead the Colonels to Southern Athletic Association regular season titles in 2019 and 2021 and the SAA Tournament championship in 2021. Centre earned a spot in the NCAA Championship field both times, losing in the first round in 2019 and advancing to the round of 16 in 2021. She was part of the staff that earned National Field Hockey Coaches Association Great Lakes Region Coaching Staff of the Year honors in 2019. Prior to her time at Centre, Shagam served as a graduate assistant coach for two seasons at Wittenberg University where she helped direct the Tigers to a runner-up finish in the 2017 North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament and top-four regular season finishes both seasons. The 2016 Central Michigan University graduate, played all four seasons for the Chippewas where she was on the 2014 Mid-America Conference regular season champions. Earned Field Hockey Academic All-MAC honors in 2014 and 2015 and was a three-time honoree on the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.
