Conor McNally

Biography

Conor McNally has been named the Director of Football Performance for the Dartmouth football program. McNally comes to Hanover from Kansas where he has served as Assistant Sports Performance Coach and Director of Sports Science. Most recently, at the Big 12's University of Kansas, McNally played a key role in the athletic development and performance readiness of all football student-athletes. He led the training programs for all incoming players while overseeing the Sports Science program, integrating advanced performance technology and systems such as GPS, force plates, velocity-based training, strength testing and heart rate monitoring. Prior to Kansas, McNally was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for football at the University of Buffalo. In addition to his work in the weight room, he led a data-driven athlete monitoring program to track and report player workloads for coaches and staff, while also supporting the team's nutrition program, fueling station and return-to-play process for injured athletes. McNally began his career with Wofford College as assistant strength and conditioning coach before serving as strength and conditioning intern with the NFL's Buffalo Bills. With the Bills, he assisted in all facets of the offseason strength and conditioning program while aiding in capturing key data from strength testing, velocity-based training and GPS player tracking.
