Marlon Del Valle enters his fourth season as an assistant coach at CSUN, working with the team's goalkeepers. Del Valle joined the Matadors as a volunteer assistant coach in 2022 before taking on assistant coaching duties the following season. In his time with the Matadors, Del Valle has worked with Cooper Wenzel, an All-Big West Second Team selection in 2022, while his goalkeepers have earned four total Big West Defensive Player of the Week awards. Del Valle came to CSUN from Loyola Marymount where he served as the goalkeepers’ coach for the Lions during the 2021 season. Del Valle mentored West Coast Conference Goalkeeper of the Year Jacob Jackson who posted an 0.67 goals against average and eight shutouts for LMU. Since 2019 has worked as the Goalkeepers coach for both the boys and girls at Chaminade College Prep and as an assistant varsity coach. The girls’ team at Chaminade College Prep won the 2019 CIF Division I Championship. In 2021, Del Valle added goalie coach responsibilities at Oaks Christian High School. He has also served as the keepers’ coach for the Sporting FC Academy, Be Limitless Futbol School, Eclipse Soccer Club, Advanced Goalkeeping Athletics, Extreme Soccer Club, and Titans Soccer Club. Del Valle played for the LA Blues of the USL from 2008-10, the PRO San Fernando Scorpions from 2014-16, PRO Sporting San Fernando of the UPSL from 2016-17, and City of Angeles FC of the NPSL from 2017-18. Milan Radovic enters his sixth year as an assistant coach to the CSUN Men's Soccer team and seventh year overall on the staff. A CSUN alum, Radovic was promoted to the team's coaching staff in 2020 after spending the previous season as the program's director of soccer operations. With Radovic on the men's soccer staff, the Matadors have made a pair of Big West tournament appearances, advancing to the semifinal round both times. As a member of the Matador staff, Radovic has worked with two Big West Freshman of the Year winners, four All-Big West First Team selections and 15 total all-conference honorees. Radovic began his coaching career while still playing for CSUN in 2007 as the freshman boys’ coach at Royal High School. He moved onto working with FC Hastenal from 2010-18 as the head coach for the youth teams aged 11-18 in the program. From 2010-12 Radovic was the assistant boys’ varsity coach at Viewpoint High School. In 2012, Radovic began a three-year stint at Calabasas High School as the head jv boys’ coach. Radovic joined the Chaminade Prep coaching staff where he served as both the boys varsity assistant and head JV coach. In 2018, Radovic joined the Real SoCal program where he has been U11 06, U11 07, and U 16/17 02 head coach. Since 2019, he has been Real SoCal’s MPL boys’ head coach and the U18/19 02/01 US Academy boys’ head coach.
