Brendan Pacheco is the Associate Head Coach for Bryant University Men's Soccer Program. Originally from Fall River, MA, Pacheco played high school soccer at Durfee High School as a goalkeeper before becoming a collegiate goalkeeper at Dean College (2015–2019), where he played his first two seasons under Coach Ruben Resendes. He was named USCAA National Student-Athlete of the Year in 2019. Pacheco began his coaching career with the New England Revolution Academy as a freshman in college, holding various roles including Youth Team Assistant Coach & Scout. He started his college coaching career in 2019 with Coach Resendes, serving as the first assistant for two seasons before being promoted to associate head coach. During his tenure prior to joining Bryant, he helped lead teams to significant accomplishments including an NE-10 Runner-Up finish and NCAA Elite 8 appearance in 2019, an undefeated COVID-shortened season with a #2 Final National Ranking in 2020, NE-10 Regular Season & Tournament Championships in 2021 with NCAA Sweet 16 appearance, and an NCAA National Championship in 2022. Since joining Bryant University in 2023, Pacheco has contributed to consecutive AE Conference championship game appearances and a #21 Final National Ranking in 2023. He holds a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Franklin Pierce University, a USSF B License, and a UEFA C License. Josep Silvestre is an Assistant Coach for Bryant University Men's Soccer Program who leads international recruiting efforts and works primarily with field players while focusing on opposition scouting. He specializes in coaching defenders and defensive midfielders, contributing to teams leading the nation in major defensive statistical categories for two consecutive seasons. Originally from Castellón, Spain, Silvestre developed in the professional academies of Valencia and Castellón before playing collegiate soccer as a defender at Franklin Pierce University from 2019–2021, where he earned both bachelor's and master's degrees. He contributed to Franklin Pierce's defensive success, helping the team lead the nation in all major statistical categories for four consecutive years. His playing career culminated in helping Franklin Pierce win the NE-10 Regular Season and Tournament Championships and reach the NCAA Sweet 16 with a Top 10 Final National Ranking in 2021. Silvestre began his coaching career at Franklin Pierce in 2022, playing a pivotal role in international recruiting and contributing to a National Championship, earning multiple Coaching Staff of the Year honors including United Soccer Coaches National Coaching Staff of the Year. He joined Bryant University in 2023 under Coach Ruben Resendes, helping lead the program to a 16-2-2 record, AE Conference Champions, #21 Final National Ranking, and NE Soccer Journal Coaching Staff of the Year.
