Glenn Moore is in his 26th season as head coach at Baylor and his 29th full season as a collegiate softball head coach. Moore, who was selected to guide the Bears' program in June 2000, begins the 2025 season with a career record of 1081-535, including an 942-493 record at Baylor. His teams have had a winning record in all but one season of his Division I coaching career and he is Baylor Athletics' active all-time wins leader across all sports. He has progressed up the active NCAA coaching ranks, now ranking No. 10 in total victories among active Division I head coaches. During Moore's tenure, the Bears have received 18 CoSIDA Academic All-America honors, 16 National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-America Honors and 81 NFCA All-Region honors.
