Grossman is the Assistant Coach at Assumption College. He previously served as Assistant Coach at Harvard University from 2017-23, where he helped lead the Crimson to the 2022 Ivy League Championship, 2022 ECAC Regular Season Championship, 2022 Beanpot Championship, and 2022 NCAA Tournament berth. Prior to Harvard, he was an Assistant Coach at Stonehill College in 2023-24, helping the team win the 2024 NEWHA Tournament Championship and earn a 2024 NCAA Tournament berth. As a player, Grossman was a goalie at Dartmouth College and played for the Waterloo Blackhawks in the USHL from 2004 to 2006. He was a member of the GBL Junior Bruins midget team that won the 2004 USA Hockey Nation Championship. Grossman is a 2010 graduate of Dartmouth College with a degree in History.
