Kwame Agyeman

Biography

Kwame Agyeman served as the Utah State safeties coach in 2024, helping the Aggies total 13 interceptions to rank 36th nationally. He spent two seasons (2022-23) at Nevada as co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach, where the Wolf Pack ranked 15th nationally with three defensive touchdowns in 2023 and his safeties unit accounted for six interceptions in 2022. Agyeman worked seven seasons at Oregon (2015-21), starting as a graduate assistant with defensive backs before shifting to analyst roles with inside linebackers, safeties, and cornerbacks. During his time at Oregon, he helped coach seven players who earned Pac-12 honors, six who were selected in the NFL Draft, and another who played professionally. The program advanced to six bowl games including back-to-back Pac-12 Conference titles in 2019 and 2020 with appearances in the 2020 Rose Bowl and 2021 Fiesta Bowl. He began his collegiate coaching career at Northwestern in 2013 in the recruiting office and worked in quality control for special teams in 2014.
