Head Coach

Following six seasons on the WKU coaching staff, Greg Collins was named the 11th head coach in Lady Topper Basketball history on March 27, 2018, and is entering his eighth season as the head coach in 2025-26. In seven seasons on The Hill, Collins has amassed 124 wins and has a 72.6 percent winning percentage in Diddle Arena. Collins has also coached players to 10 All-Conference USA honors, six being first teamers, and 23 overall conference postseason awards, including two Freshmen of the Year, five All-Freshmen Team and six All-Defensive Team honors. Players have also earned weekly award 27 times under Collins as head coach. In his 13 seasons on The Hill, as assistant coach, associate head coach and now head coach, 3-point shooting has been a focus for Collins. In WKU’s record book, the top seven seasons in total 3-point field goals made have come during Collins’ time (2022-23, 2024-25, 2016-17, 2021-22, 2023-24, 2018-19 and 2014-15). Collins also developed one of WKU’s all-time greats in 3-point shooting, Dee Givens. Givens finished her Lady Topper career with the third most threes made (224) by a WKU player. Collins also developed Alexis Mead who finished her career with the ninth most made 3-point field goals at WKU. Assistant Coach/Video and Scouting
David Walls was promoted to Assistant Coach/Video and Scouting prior to the 2024-25 season, after previously as the Director of Scouting. Walls was a graduate assistant with the program prior to full-time promotion. Walls will enter his seventh season as a staff member with the Lady Toppers in 2025-26. Walls helps the team with all video coordination needs, assisting with the break down of film, opponent scouting and analytics as well as any other requests. The Lady Toppers got off to one of the best starts in program history, going 7-0 to begin 2024-25. It is tied as the second best start in WKU history and WKU was one of 15 programs left still undefeated at the time. That hot start set the way for the Lady Toppers, who finished the season 23-9 and 13-5 in Conference USA for a third place finish in the league. Three Lady Toppers were named to the All-CUSA Team with Alexis Mead earning First Team honors and Destiny Salary and Josie Gilvin earning Second Team. The 2023-24 team may have been the best defensive team in the Greg Collins era at WKU. The Lady Toppers held teams to 63.5 points per game on the season which is the lowest average of his head coaching career. WKU won five of the their first six games to start the season, with the only loss coming at Vanderbilt (77-74). Graduate Assistant
Kennedy Rowan became a graduate assistant with the WKU women's basketball team in 2024 after serving as a student manager with the team. Rowan handles equipment needs and aides in operations for the team in her current role. Rowan graduated with a bachelor's degree from WKU in health and physical education in December of 2023.

Assistant Coach
Lexxus Graham-Blincoe was named an assistant coach with WKU women's basketball in July of 2025 and enters her first season in the 2025-26 season. Graham-Blincoe makes her way to The Hill after serving for two seasons as an assistant coach with the women's basketball team at Bowling Green State University. Prior to joining the Falcons, she was an assistant coach at Wittenberg University in 2022-23 and the Director of Basketball Operations at Bellarmine University in 2021-22. She also served as an assistant coach at Georgetown College in 2020-21. Her coaching career began as an assistant coach at George Rogers Clark High School, coaching alongside her father, Robbie Graham. During her two seasons with Bowling Green, the Falcons won 34 games and finished in the top half of the Mid-American Conference in both seasons. Bowling Green was selected for the WNIT in 2023-24. At Wittenberg, she was part of a staff that was named the North Coast Athletic Conference's Coaching Staff of the Year after claiming a share of the NCAS championship with a league record of 13-1. The Winchester, Kentucky native played women's basketball collegiately at Campbellsville University where she played in over 130 career games. She knocked down 173 3-pointers during her career and swiped 227 career steals. As a senior she was named to the Mid-South Conference All-Academic Team. Strength and Conditioning Coach
Parker Cheuvront started at WKU in May of 2025 as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Cheuvront's primary sports are Women's Basketball and Softball. Prior to WKU, Cheuvront served as a Sports Performance Graduate Fellow at Cincinnati. He was responsible for Cheer and Dance and assisted with the Women's Basketball team. Before Cincinnati, Cheuvront was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at American International College (DII), where he was responsible for Women's Soccer, Women's Lacrosse, Women's Rugby, Men's Rugby and assisted with additional varsity sports. Cheuvront graduated with a master's degree in health and wellness management from Cincinnati and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Athletic Trainer
Rebecca David joins the WKU Athletic Training Staff beginning in the 2021-22 school year. She will primarily work with Lady Topper Basketball and Lady Topper Golf. Rebecca joins the Hilltoppers from Central Missouri, where she worked with the women's soccer and track & field teams. During her time at Central Missouri, she helped lead the Mules and Jennies to several national championships, regional championships and conference championships. Prior to her full-time work at Central Missouri, she also was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Central Missouri, working with the football and track & field teams during that time. She received her undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State. During her time at OSU, she worked with the cheer, football, men's basketball, women's basketball and wrestling programs. Collins and her husband, Matt, welcomed daughter Mattie in the spring of 2025.

Whitney Creech was promoted to Assistant Coach/Operations before the 2024-25 season after previously serving as the Director of Player Development and Operations for one season. Prior to that, Creech was a graduate assistant with the Lady Toppers for the 2022-23 season. Creech will be entering her fourth season on the staff at WKU in 2025-26.
