Biography

Jefferson Beckett joined Iannacchione’s staff at Wake Forest in Jan. 2025 after spending the last three years (2022-24) working for him and Coach Jake Dickert at Washington State. Beckett arrived in Pullman after spending the previous year in a similar capacity at Florida Atlantic. From 2019-20, he served as a graduate assistant at the University of South Carolina, where he was responsible for the day-to-day accountability of the players, Catapult analytics and assisted with daily weight room training sessions and on-field sprinting and conditioning sessions. Beckett has spent time as a strength and conditioning coach at Tennessee Martin at Middle Tennessee State after beginning his coaching career as an intern at South Carolina. Beckett played three seasons of Rugby at Coastal Carolina, earning 2015 NCAA Division II honorable mention honors. He received his bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science in 2016 and his master’s in family and consumer science from Tennessee Martin in 2020.
