Jacob Monesson

Biography

Jacob Monesson is entering his first season at Louisville under head coach Pat Kelsey, serving as a graduate manager for the 2024-25 season. Monesson assists the program with player development, scouting, recruiting and film. Most recently, Monesson was the head team manager for LSU men's basketball for the 2023-24 season. He was a team manager for the program for all four of his years at LSU. While at Louisiana State University, he was on an academic non-resident merit scholarship and was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success at LSU. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in sport administration with a minor in business administration. In high school, he was also the assistant coach for 14U adidas Gauntlet 3SSB. In 2018 and 2019, his team, Houston Christian High School, won the private school state championship. Monesson was born and raised in Houston, Texas.
