Alec Kass was elevated to a strength and conditioning assistant with Northwestern football in January 2026 after nearly two years as a performance science intern. Kass previously served as a strength and conditioning consultant at Hatch Valley High School in New Mexico. He held strength and conditioning internships at the University of Tennessee and the University of South Carolina.
